London Rivers Book Club – we invited writers Lara Maiklem, Tom Bolton and Tom Chivers to share their views on the cultural and personal importance of London’s rivers, waterways and water bodies, past present and future.  You can view the fascinating discussion of the foundations of London’s landscape here –

We hosted a webinar on restoring London’s rivers with panellists Dave Webb from the Environment Agency, Mathew Frith from the London Wildlife Trust, Ian Russell from the LB of Enfield, Petra Sovic Davies from the SE Rivers Trust, and John Miles from the Haringey Rivers Forum exploring what has been done in recent years to restore London’s rivers and improve access to nature.  You can view a recording of the webinar here –

And we hosted a webinar on how can we improve safe access to clean blue spaces in London for physical recreation and mental wellbeing with presentations by Theo Thomas, London Waterkeeper; Grant Waters, Tranquil City; Kate Sumnall, Museum of London; and Toni Guiver, Friends of Firs Farm.  A recording of the online event can be seen found here –
