Working for a greener city

We aim to influence environmental policies in London by

• Engaging with politicians and officials
• Holding the Mayor, Greater London Authority and London boroughs to account.

In the process we

• Scrutinise plans
• Lobby politicians
• Seek to influence decisions
• Take action to make sure promises are not broken.

We do this on a range of issues including the climate emergency, light pollution, rivers and waterways, trees, noise, litter and lessons from lockdown.

In other work influencing London policy, we coordinate the A More Natural Capital coalition to influence the London Mayor and borough elections, contribute to London Plan and GLA consultations, and much more.
