London after lockdown: priorities for a green recovery

7th September 2020

Our online public meeting took place on Thursday 8 October on London After Lockdown: priorities for a green recovery with a high profile panel including Shirley Rodrigues, Deputy Mayor for the Environment and Energy, Ben Rogers, Director of the Centre for London, and Dr. Clare Melhuish, Director of the UCL Urban Laboratory at University College London. We know how important our parks have been during the pandemic. As well as more and better green spaces, we explored what other ingredients are needed to ensure that London’s post-covid recovery is people and nature friendly?

The discussion followed the 2020 Annual General Meeting of CPRE (Campaign to Protect Rural England) London.
