New virtual planning practices risk undermining democracy in planning

Following new legislation introduced by the Government in response to the coronavirus crisis, we have joined other national and local campaign groups to call on local authorities to safeguard the public voice in planning decisions.  We have agreed six key principles we are asking local authorities to adopt to avoid abuses of the planning process.
